Honda Civic D17 / D16V1 Cast T3 Turbo Kit
Turbo package listed for 2001-2005 Honda Civic D17 1.7L SOHC and D16V1 applications, including LX, EX and VP where equipped with the specified engine. Confirm your engine code, vehicle configuration and installation clearances before ordering.
Included components
- T3 turbocharger: listed .57 compressor wheel trim, .50 A/R compressor housing, .63 A/R turbine housing, 3-inch bellhorn inlet, 2-inch outlet, wet-float bearings and 1/8 NPT oil inlet. Oil-fitting gaskets and mounting studs included.
- Cast turbo manifold: large primaries, extra-thick flange and T3 turbo flange.
- Front-mount intercooler: TIG-welded aluminum construction with 2.5-inch hot and cold connections.
- Internal wastegate kit: mounts to the turbine housing; listed preset pressure of 8 PSI. V-band flange and clamp included.
- Universal aluminum piping kit: 16 stainless worm-gear clamps; two 2.5-inch 90-degree silicone couplers; six 2.5-inch straight couplers; two each of 2.5-inch 90-, 60- and 45-degree bends; two straight 2.5-inch pipes. Modification may be required.
- Turbo oiling kit: 18-inch, 5/8-inch high-temperature return line with listed 550 PSI rating, -3AN braided stainless feed line, two engine-adapter fittings, CNC-machined billet adapter plate, gaskets and hardware.
- Blow-off valve kit: installation kit included.
Installation and safety
Professional installation, appropriate fueling, engine management and custom tuning are required. Universal piping and vehicle-specific connections may require additional adapters or fabrication.
