Boost starts at 6psi.  Customers are making over 600hp to the rear wheels on only 10psi. This turbo can handle 25+ psi. Tuning is required, locally or by mail order tune vendors and a fuel pump/injector upgrade is highly recommended.  MPGs will remain as stock if the vehicle is driven in a normal casual manner.
