Nissan QR25DE 2.5L Cast T3 Turbo Kit Stage 1
Turbo package for Nissan QR25/QR25DE 2.5L engine projects, featuring a cast T3 manifold, turbocharger, front-mount intercooler and stainless-steel downpipe.
Application and Installation
Listed for Nissan Altima, Sentra and Frontier QR25/QR25DE projects. Confirm vehicle year, engine, manifold layout, turbo clearance and piping routing before ordering. Vehicle-specific bolt-on fitment is not guaranteed. Piping must be fitted to the vehicle, and connecting the included downpipe to the existing exhaust may require a fabricated adapter or exhaust-shop work. Confirm the manifold and turbo flange arrangement before installation; additional adapter fabrication or welding may be required. Installation instructions are not included.
Included Components
- Cast turbo exhaust manifold: large primaries, thick flange, T3 turbo mounting flange and ported/polished design.
- Turbocharger: .57 compressor wheel trim, .63 A/R turbine housing, 3-inch inlet, 2-inch outlet, floating bearings and 1/8-inch NPT oil inlet. Oil fitting gaskets and mounting studs included.
- Front-mount intercooler: aluminum construction, TIG-welded joints, thick core and 2.5-inch inlet/outlet.
- Universal aluminum intercooler piping kit: two each of 2.5-inch 90-degree, 60-degree and 45-degree bends; two straight 2.5-inch pipes; two 2.5-inch 90-degree silicone couplers; six straight 2.5-inch silicone couplers; and 16 stainless-steel worm-gear clamps. Modification may be required.
- Boost controller: adjustable CNC-machined anodized aluminum controller with installation kit. Set boost within the limits of the engine and calibration.
- Slim cooling fan: reversible push/pull curved-blade design with mounting tabs; listed thickness of 1.25 inches at the outer perimeter and 2.50 inches at the center. Verify mounting clearance and airflow requirements.
- Electronic turbo timer: LED digital display, automatic mode, pigtail and additional wiring.
- Heat wrap: 10 meters of high-temperature fiberglass wrap.
- Stainless-steel downpipe: 2.5-inch inlet, waterjet-cut five-bolt flange, mandrel bends and TIG-welded construction. Exhaust connection fabrication may be required.
- Intake filter: 3-inch inlet sized for the turbocharger inlet.
- Breather cap: crankcase ventilation component. Confirm compatibility with the vehicle's ventilation system.
- Coolant sensor bung: aluminum sensor relocator with 38 mm hose connections and two installation clamps.

Professional installation and engine calibration are recommended. Verify engine condition, fuel-system capacity, boost control, turbo oil supply and drain routing, cooling and exhaust connections.
