T3 Turbo Kit for Honda Civic D17
Turbo package listed for 2001-2005 Honda Civic with the D17 1.7L SOHC engine, including LX, EX and VP applications where equipped with the specified engine. Also fits D16V1; verify compatibility for that engine separately before ordering. Confirm engine code, model.
Included components
- T3 turbocharger: listed .57 compressor wheel trim, .50 A/R compressor housing, .63 A/R turbine housing, 3-inch inlet, 2-inch outlet, wet-float bearings and 1/8 NPT oil inlet. Oil-fitting gaskets and mounting studs included.
- Cast turbo exhaust manifold: large primaries, extra-thick flange, T3 turbo flange, ported and polished design.
- Front-mount intercooler: TIG-welded aluminum construction, thick core, 2.5-inch hot inlet and cold outlet.
- Universal aluminum intercooler piping kit: 16 stainless worm-gear clamps; two 2.5-inch 90-degree silicone couplers; six 2.5-inch straight couplers; two each of 2.5-inch 90-, 60- and 45-degree bends; two straight 2.5-inch pipes. Modification may be required.
- Turbo oil-line installation package: listed 18-inch, 5/8-inch return line rated at 550 PSI; listed 77-inch straight and 36-inch angled oil-feed lines; T-fitting, fittings, clamps, gaskets and hardware. Confirm engine connection requirements.
- Aluminum battery relocation kit: cables, straps and hardware.
- Manual boost controller: CNC-machined anodized aluminum with installation kit.
- Blow-off valve: installation kit included.
- Two slim cooling fans: reversible push/pull design, curved blades and mounting tabs; listed thicknesses of 1.25 inches at the outer perimeter and 2.50 inches at the inner perimeter.
- Electronic turbo timer: LED display and wiring.
- Adjustable fuel pressure regulator: pressure gauge and installation kit.
- Oil catch can: polished finish and installation kit.

Installation and safety
Professional installation, appropriate fueling, engine management and custom tuning are required. Universal piping, turbo connections and exhaust routing may require additional adapters or fabrication. Confirm accessory clearances; retention of air conditioning and power steering is not guaranteed. No horsepower output or stock-engine boost level is guaranteed. Verify emissions requirements before public-road use, and keep hot exhaust components safely clear of wiring, hoses and surrounding parts.
