Nissan QR25DE 2.5L Cast T3 Turbo Kit Stage 2
Turbo package for Nissan QR25/QR25DE 2.5L engine projects, combining a cast T3 manifold and turbocharger with intercooling, oil cooling and supporting components.
Application and Installation
For Nissan Altima, Sentra/Spec-V and Frontier QR25DE projects. Confirm vehicle year, engine, manifold layout, turbo clearance and piping routing before ordering. This is not a guarantee of bolt-on fitment. Piping modification, fabrication and a suitable exhaust downpipe may be required.
Included Components
- Turbocharger: .57 compressor wheel trim, .50 A/R compressor housing, .63 A/R turbine housing, 3-inch inlet, 2-inch outlet, floating bearings and 1/8-inch NPT oil inlet. Oil fitting gaskets and mounting studs included.
- Cast turbo exhaust manifold: large primaries, thick flange, T3 mounting flange and ported/polished design.
- Front-mount intercooler: aluminum construction, TIG-welded joints, thick core and 2.5-inch inlet/outlet.
- Universal aluminum intercooler piping kit: two each of 2.5-inch 90-degree, 60-degree and 45-degree bends; two straight 2.5-inch pipes; two 2.5-inch 90-degree silicone couplers; six straight 2.5-inch silicone couplers; and 16 stainless-steel worm-gear clamps. Modification may be required.
- Boost controller: adjustable CNC-machined anodized aluminum controller with installation kit. Set boost only within the limits of the engine and calibration.
- Blow-off valve: valve and installation kit, with flange placement to suit piping layout.
- Slim cooling fan: reversible push/pull curved-blade design with mounting tabs; listed thickness of 1.25 inches at the outer perimeter and 2.50 inches at the center. Confirm mounting clearance and airflow requirements.
- Electronic turbo timer: LED digital display, automatic mode, pigtail and additional wiring. Confirm electrical compatibility and safe installation.
- Turbo oil-line installation package: 18-inch 5/8-inch high-temperature oil return hose, 77-inch straight oil feed line, 36-inch angled oil feed line, T-fitting, feed/drain fittings, clamps, gaskets and turbo hardware. Confirm engine fitting compatibility and oil-pressure sender arrangement.
- Fuel pressure regulator: adjustable regulator with pressure gauge and installation kit.
- Oil cooler kit: 15-row aluminum bar-and-fin core measuring 13 x 5.5 x 2 inches; four mounting brackets; billet aluminum oil plate with 1/8-inch NPT ports; and two braided stainless-steel 7/8-inch oil lines with aluminum swivel fittings. Lines are listed at approximately 52 inches each.
- Catch can: polished can and installation kit for the engine.
- Billet aluminum fuel filter: CNC-machined T6-6061 construction, removable cleanable filter, mounting brackets and -6 AN fittings. Verify fuel and system compatibility.
- 35 mm external wastegate: two-bolt flange style with installation gaskets and flanges.
- Coolant sensor bung: aluminum sensor relocator with 38 mm hose connections and two clamps.

Professional installation and engine calibration are recommended. Verify engine condition, fuel-system capacity, boost control, oil supply and drain routing, cooling requirements and exhaust connections. Additional supporting parts may be required; only the components listed above are represented as included. No horsepower gain or safe boost level is guaranteed.
