GM 2.4L DOHC T3 Turbo Kit (Engine Code T) — 9-Piece Package

A complete turbo package for GM 2.4L DOHC powered vehicles, built around a T3 turbocharger. With supporting modifications and a built motor, this setup is capable of significant horsepower gains over stock. Works with automatic or manual gearboxes and is designed to allow you to retain air conditioning and power steering on nearly all models for a street-driven build.

Fits:

  • 1997-1999 Chevrolet Malibu Base
  • 1996-1999 Chevrolet Cavalier LS/RS/Z24 (Engine Code T)
  • 1996-1998 Buick Skylark Custom/Limited
  • 1996-1999 Pontiac Grand Am GT/SE
  • 1996-1999 Pontiac Sunfire GT/SE

What's included:

  • T3 Turbocharger — .57 compressor wheel, .50 A/R compressor housing, .63 A/R turbine housing, 3" bellhorn compressor inlet, 3" inlet/2" outlet, wet float bearings, 1/8 NPT oil inlet, oil fitting gaskets and mounting studs included
  • Stainless Turbo Manifold — TIG-welded 321 stainless steel, large primaries, T3 turbo flange, full install hardware and gaskets
  • Front Mount Intercooler — lightweight aluminum, TIG-welded, 2.5" hot and cold ends
  • Internal Wastegate Kit — direct bolt-on to turbine housing, V-band flange, pre-set to 8 PSI
  • Aluminum Intercooler Piping Kit — aluminum piping, silicone couplers, and stainless worm-gear clamps (may require light modification to fit)
  • Turbo Oiling Kit — braided stainless oil feed line, high-temp oil return line, CNC-machined billet adapter plate, fittings and gaskets
  • Blow-Off Valve Kit — complete install kit included

Installation requires mechanical experience; some fabrication or modification may be needed for a proper fit. Always verify local emissions regulations before installing forced-induction components on a vehicle used on public roads.
