"Street Demon" series turbo kit with a cast manifold for Audi / VW 8-valve SOHC engines. It covers the turbo, manifold, intercooler, piping, oiling, and boost control parts. It works with automatic or manual transmissions and lets you keep A/C and power steering on most models.

Turbocharger

- 0.57 trim compressor wheel
- 0.50 A/R compressor housing, 0.63 A/R turbine housing

- 3" bellhorn compressor inlet / 2" outlet
- 1/8" NPT oil inlet
- Oil fitting gaskets and mounting studs included
Turbo Manifold
- Cast, high-flow design with large primaries
- T3 turbo flange with thick flange to support the turbo
Intercooler and Piping
- Lightweight aluminum front-mount intercooler, TIG welded, 2.5" hot and cold inlets
- Aluminum 2.5" piping: (2) 90°, (2) 60°, (2) 45° bends and (2) straight pipes
- (2) 2.5" 90° and (6) 2.5" straight silicone couplers
- (16) stainless worm-gear clamps
- Piping may need light modification to fit
Boost Control
- Internal wastegate kit: bolts to the turbine housing, pre-set to 8 psi, V-band flange and clamp included
- Blow-off valve kit: vents pressure surges on shifts and lift-off, with install kit
Oiling Kit
- -3AN braided stainless oil feed line with 2 extra adapter fittings
- 18" x 5/8" high-temperature 550 psi oil return line
- CNC-machined billet adapter plate
- Gaskets and hardware, plus extra drain and feed gaskets

- Power results depend on boost level, tuning, fueling, and engine condition. High-boost use requires a built engine and supporting modifications.
- Engine management tuning is required. Professional installation is recommended.
