GM Ecotec 2.0L/2.2L/2.4L T3 Turbo Kit — 15-Piece Package
A complete turbo package for 03-11 GM Ecotec 2.0L/2.4L powered vehicles, built around a T3 turbocharger. With supporting modifications and a built motor, this setup is capable of significant horsepower gains over stock. Works with automatic or manual gearboxes and is designed to allow you to retain air conditioning and power steering for a street-driven build.
Fits:
- 2005–2010 Chevy Cobalt 2.0L Supercharged, 2.2L, and 2.4L (except 2008–10 Turbo models)
- 2006–2011 Chevy HHR 2.2L and 2.4L (does not fit the 2.0L Turbo SS)
- 2007–2010 Pontiac G5 2.2L and 2.4L
- 2004–2007 Saturn Ion, all models: 2.2L, 2.4L, and the 2.0L Supercharged Redline
Note: 2004–05 Ion and 2005 Cobalt 2.2L models have been reported to interfere with the thermostat housing and are not compatible with this kit.
What's included:
- T3 Turbocharger — .57 compressor wheel, .50 A/R compressor housing, .63 A/R turbine housing, 3" inlet/2" outlet, wet float bearings, 1/8 NPT oil inlet, oil fitting gaskets and mounting studs included
- Turbo Exhaust Manifold — TIG-welded 321 stainless steel, large primaries, T3 turbo flange, full install hardware and gaskets
- Front Mount Intercooler — lightweight aluminum, TIG-welded, 2.5" cold outlet and hot inlet
- Turbo Oil Line Install Package — oil feed and return lines, fittings, and hardware
- Universal Intercooler Piping Kit — aluminum piping, silicone couplers, and stainless worm-gear clamps (may require light modification to fit)
- Adjustable Boost Controller — anodized aluminum, CNC machined, with install kit
- Blow-Off Valve — complete install kit included
- Slim Cooling Fan — reversible push/pull design
- Electronic Turbo Timer — LED digital display, pigtail wiring included
- Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator — with pressure gauge and install kit
