GM Ecotec 2.0L/2.4L T3 Turbo Kit — 16-Piece Package
A complete turbo package for Ecotec 2.0L/2.4L powered vehicles, built around a T3 turbocharger. With supporting modifications and a built motor, this setup is capable of significant horsepower gains over stock. Includes a cooling solution for a turbocharged engine and works with automatic or manual gearboxes; allows you to retain air conditioning and power steering on nearly all models for a street-driven build.
Fits:
- 2005–2010 Chevy Cobalt 2.0L Supercharged, 2.2L, and 2.4L (except 2008–10 Turbo models)
- 2006–2011 Chevy HHR 2.2L and 2.4L (does not fit the 2.0L Turbo SS)
- 2007–2010 Pontiac G5 2.2L and 2.4L
- 2004–2007 Saturn Ion, all models: 2.2L, 2.4L, and the 2.0L Supercharged Redline
Note: 2004–05 Ion and 2005 Cobalt 2.2L models have been reported to interfere with the thermostat housing and are not compatible with this kit.

- T3 Turbocharger — .57 compressor wheel, .50 A/R compressor housing, .63 A/R turbine housing, 3" inlet/2" outlet, wet float bearings, 1/8 NPT oil inlet, oil fitting gaskets and mounting studs included
- Stainless Steel Turbo Manifold — TIG-welded 321 stainless, large primaries, extra-thick flange, polished finish
- Front Mount Intercooler — lightweight aluminum, TIG-welded for high PSI
- Manual Boost Controller — anodized aluminum, CNC machined, with install kit
- Aluminum Intercooler Piping Kit — aluminum piping, silicone couplers, and stainless worm-gear clamps (may require light modification to fit)
- Turbo Oiling Kit — oil feed and return lines, fittings, and hardware
- Battery Relocation Kit — full aluminum construction with relocation cables, straps, and hardware
- Slimline Cooling Fan — reversible push/pull design
- Electronic Turbo Timer — LED digital display, pigtail wiring included
