Nissan QR25DE 2.5L Cast T3 Turbo Kit
Turbo package for Nissan 2.5L DOHC QR25/QR25DE engine projects, featuring a cast T3 manifold, turbocharger with internal wastegate, front-mount intercooler and supporting piping and oiling components.
Application and Installation
For Nissan Altima, Sentra and Frontier QR25/QR25DE projects. Confirm your vehicle year, engine, manifold layout, turbo clearance and piping routing before ordering. Piping modification and fabrication may be required.
Included Components and Specifications
- Turbocharger: .57 compressor wheel trim, .50 A/R compressor housing and .63 A/R turbine housing; 3-inch bell-mouth compressor inlet and 2-inch outlet; floating bearings; 1/8-inch NPT oil inlet. Oil fitting gaskets and mounting studs included.
- Cast turbo manifold: cast construction with large primaries, thick flange and T3 turbo mounting flange.
- Front-mount intercooler: lightweight aluminum construction with TIG-welded joints and 2.5-inch hot-side and cold-side connections.
- Internal wastegate kit: 8 PSI preset and direct turbine-housing mounting. V-band flange and clamp included.
- Aluminum intercooler piping kit: two 2.5-inch 90-degree bends, two 2.5-inch 60-degree bends, two 2.5-inch 45-degree bends and two 2.5-inch straight pipes; two 2.5-inch 90-degree silicone couplers, six 2.5-inch straight silicone couplers and 16 stainless-steel worm-gear clamps. Modification may be required for fitment.
- Turbo oiling kit: 18-inch, 5/8-inch high-temperature oil return hose; -3 AN braided stainless-steel oil feed line; two engine-adapter fittings; CNC-machined billet adapter plate; turbocharger hardware and feed/drain gaskets.
- Blow-off valve kit: valve, installation components and flange for placement to suit the piping layout.
