Nissan QR25 / QR25DE 2.5L Cast T3 Turbo Kit
Stage 3 turbo package for Nissan QR25 / QR25DE 2.5L engine projects. The original listing names Sentra SE-R/Spec V, Altima and Frontier applications; engine code alone does not establish vehicle-specific fitment. Confirm model year, engine configuration before ordering.
Included components
- T3 turbocharger: listed .57 compressor wheel trim, .50 A/R compressor housing, .63 A/R turbine housing, 3-inch inlet, 2-inch outlet, wet-float bearings and 1/8 NPT oil inlet. Oil-fitting gaskets and mounting studs included.
- Cast turbo manifold: cast steel construction, extra-thick flanges and ported and polished design.
- Front-mount intercooler: TIG-welded aluminum construction.
- Manual boost controller: CNC-machined anodized aluminum with installation kit.
- Universal aluminum intercooler piping kit: 16 stainless worm-gear clamps; two 2.5-inch 90-degree silicone couplers; six 2.5-inch straight silicone couplers; two each of 2.5-inch 90-, 60- and 45-degree bends; two straight 2.5-inch pipes. Modification may be required.
- Turbo oiling kit: high-temperature oil return line with listed 550 PSI rating, straight oil feed line, feed fittings, oil drain, gaskets, clamps and hardware.
- Battery relocation kit: aluminum construction with cables, straps and hardware.
- Slim cooling fan: reversible push/pull design with mounting tabs; listed thicknesses of 1.25 inches at the outer perimeter and 2.50 inches at the inner perimeter.
- Electronic turbo timer: LED digital display, automatic mode, pigtail and additional wiring.
- Fuel pressure regulator and filter kit: adjustable regulator, pressure gauge, -6AN billet aluminum inline filter and installation kit.
- Internal wastegate kit: listed starting pressure of 8 PSI, V-band flange and clamp. Confirm turbocharger and exhaust connection requirements with your installer; this entry does not establish that a complete downpipe is included.
- Oil catch can: polished finish with installation kit.
- Blow-off valve kit: installation kit included.
- Coolant bung: aluminum construction, 38mm size and anodized blue finish.
- Heat wrap: 50-foot roll, 1 inch wide.
- Cone air filter: washable design.

Professional installation, appropriate fueling, engine management and custom tuning are required. Universal piping and vehicle-specific connections may require adapters or fabrication.
