GT45 T4 Single-Turbo Package for LS/Vortec V8 Truck Builds
Build a custom single-turbo system for an intended Chevrolet Silverado or GMC Sierra LS/Vortec V8 application. This expanded package combines a cast manifold and crossover hot side with charge-air, oiling, boost-control, cooling, fuel-pressure, and engine-bay support components.
Turbo and Hot-Side Components
- Oil-cooled GT45-style turbocharger with T4 turbine inlet
- 4-inch compressor inlet and 2.5-inch outlet
- 1.05 turbine A/R
- Cast T4 passenger-side turbo manifold
- Cast driver-side manifold
- Stainless crossover with wastegate flange and V-band connection
- 35/38 mm external wastegate
- 50-foot roll of 1-inch heat wrap
Charge-Air and Supporting Components
- Front-mount aluminum intercooler
- 2.5-inch aluminum piping kit with listed pipes, bends, silicone couplers, and clamps
- Turbo oil feed and return kit with fittings, gaskets, and hardware
- Manual boost controller
- Blow-off valve kit
- 4-inch washable cone air filter
- Battery-relocation kit
- Slim reversible cooling fan with wiring
- Electronic turbo timer
- Fuel-pressure regulator, gauge, and -6AN inline filter kit
- Oil catch can
- Aluminum coolant bung

- Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra custom builds using listed 4.8L, 5.3L, 5.7L, 6.0L, or 6.2L LS/Vortec-family V8 engines
- LS1, LS2, LS3, and LS6 engine-family applications
