97–01 Honda Prelude H22 VTEC Street Demon 485HP T3 Turbo Kit
The most complete bolt-on turbo package available for your H22-powered Prelude. Every component you need to make boost — engineered, matched, and ready to install. On a stock motor at 8 PSI you're looking at a 50–100 HP gain. Push it further with a built motor and supporting mods and this kit is rated for 485HP at 25+ PSI. Works with both automatic and manual gearboxes, and may allow you to retain A/C and power steering for a daily-drivable street setup.
Kit Includes
- Turbo Exhaust Manifold — TIG welded 321 stainless steel, T3 flange, fully ported and polished, includes head gasket and all mounting hardware
- T3 Turbocharger — .57 compressor trim, 3" inlet / 2" outlet, .50 A/R compressor housing, .63 A/R turbine housing, 1/8 NPT oil inlet, wet float bearings, capable of 450+ HP
- Front Mount Intercooler — lightweight aluminum, 2.5" hot inlet / 2.5" cold outlet, extra thick core, less than 2% pressure drop
- Universal Intercooler Piping Kit — aluminum piping with (16) SS worm clamps, (2) 90°, (6) straight, (2) 90°, (2) 60°, (2) 45° silicone couplers and bends, may require light modification to fit
- Boost Controller — CNC machined anodized aluminum, adjustable on the fly, includes full install kit
- Slim Cooling Fan — reversible push/pull curved-blade design, 1.25" outer / 2.50" inner perimeter, includes mounting tabs
- Electronic Turbo Timer — auto mode, LED digital display, pigtail and extra wiring included, extends turbo lifespan by preventing oil coking
- 10 Meters Heat Wrap — high-temp fiberglass, reduces engine bay heat and prevents intercooler heat soak
- Stainless Downpipe — 2.5" inlet, waterjet cut 5-bolt flange, mandrel bent, TIG welded
