Included components
- TB25 T25 internally wastegated turbocharger: listed .42 A/R compressor housing, 42.80mm compressor inducer, 60.1mm exducer, 50 trim and 12 blades (six long and six short). Listed .64 A/R turbine housing with turbine dimensions of 46.3mm inducer and 53mm exducer; wet-float bearings.
- Cast T25 exhaust manifold: cast steel construction, thick flanges and matching cast exhaust pipe.
- Front-mount intercooler: aluminum construction with TIG welds.
- Manual boost controller: CNC-machined anodized aluminum with installation kit.
- Universal aluminum intercooler piping: 16 stainless worm-gear clamps; two 2.5-inch 90-degree silicone couplers; six 2.5-inch straight silicone couplers; two each of 2.5-inch 90-, 60- and 45-degree bends; two straight 2.5-inch pipes. Modification may be required.
- Turbo oiling kit: high-temperature oil return line with listed 550 PSI rating, straight oil feed line, feed fittings, oil drain, gaskets, clamps and hardware.
- Battery relocation kit: aluminum construction with relocation cables, straps and hardware.
- Slim cooling fan: reversible push/pull design with mounting tabs; listed thicknesses of 1.25 inches at the outer perimeter and 2.50 inches at the inner perimeter.
- Electronic turbo timer: LED digital display, automatic mode, pigtail and additional wiring.
- Fuel pressure regulator and filter kit: adjustable regulator, pressure gauge, -6AN billet aluminum inline filter and installation kit.
- Internal wastegate kit: listed to mount to the included turbocharger, with pressure starting at 8 PSI.
- Oil catch can: polished finish with installation kit.
- Blow-off valve kit: installation hardware included.
- Coolant bung: aluminum construction, 38mm size and anodized blue finish.
- Heat wrap: 50-foot roll, 1 inch wide.
- Cone air filter: washable design.
